    Plays and Players announces Happy Holidays, a readers’ theatre presentation of holiday stories, essays, and anecdotes, celebrating the joys, frustrations, and foibles of the holiday season. Bill Robinson has put together selections from authors Augusten Burroughs, H. H. Munro, and Erma Bombeck among others. Appearing in this program will be such Plays and Players favorites as Ray Smith, Kate Randall, Patti Mengers, Linda Gryn, Clint Randall and Mark Randall on the piano. There will be one performance only on Monday, December 6th at 7:30PM. Quig’s Pub will be open before and after the show, starting at 7PM.

    When Henry VIII puts aside Queen Catherine, he fears opposition from Sir Thomas More, his own Lord Chancellor, even more than from the Pope.
